I published my book about a week ago and it's still showing as "in review" but I've not received an email stating there was anything wrong with it. Can someone give me some insight as to how long the book stays in review once it's posted? Thanks!

FAQ's states this:
How long will it take for my book to appear on the other eBooks markets?
Normally after your book is fully uploaded for sale via BookRix and there are no issues with your book, it will take about 72 hours for your book to appear in the eBook stores. Some stores... mehr anzeigen
The average for full novel sized books I've published has been around 10 days. It's SO difficult to wait!!
Well the book is actually a box set that contains a total of four books so I can see that. I just figured that I'd get some type of notification. Thanks for answering!
just download new story The Porch - two ?'s one, on my listing publication date shows 1969???? Will this change when I let it out to see by friends either free or for sale??? 2. Do I use the publish button to get out just to bookrix friends. My intention is to have them read it and then after that place it out for sale. thank you
Sorry, Bookrix. This is much better for lazy members :).
Thanks, Tanya:-)
If so, my family just got a Kobo eReader today, and I thought it would be nice to find some books from BookRixers to put on the Kobo :3
If you do, post the link here =w=
I look forward to seeing some of your stuff!

Okay Tanya! Thanks :3
Tanya - I clicked the publisher and found loads from BookRix :D
Enjoy reading :).
And THAT is how to market a book. It also makes you think about your book title...
Sidenote: RIDICULOUS.
I'm trying to upload a copy of my book and the thing isn't working. I get that little circle thingy and it just keeps turning and turning without doing anything. I'm trying to upload a box set of my books so I can put it up for sale and I'm getting really frustrated. It's WAY too long to post chapter by chapter. I need help!!!!
ooooh, that is AWESOME advice, Lineh! THANKS!
No prob:-) We are currently working on an epub style guide that will have all the tips included in it. Stay tuned!
I never thought to try headings. Do it doesn't matter which type of heading style? That might make the entire thing so much easier. Thanks! :)
Okay, with the new format, if you want to publish a book you have the option of "Friends" or "All Users". Is this with BR only or is this across all platforms for the "All Users"? I'm pretty confused!
Hi Lisa, To publish just means to make it public so you can make it public for free for all BookRix users or public for free for only your BookRix friends. If you want to publish it for sale in the shops (no longer an option to sell only on BookRix) then you have to set a price... mehr anzeigen
Gotcha! Thanks, Lineh!
On books published through BookRix, can you change the price once they're published? For example, I have three listed at $ 1.49. Could I lower it to $ 0.99? If so, how?
I have never published a book through bookrix, but based on what I have heard I believe the only way to change the price is to remove it and to then post it again at a later date. It will have to go through the process of being published all over again. As far as I know there is... mehr anzeigen
luckyscar is right. It takes three weeks to remove it from the market and then you can republish it at the new price. I'm just doing that with the first in my mystery series.
Thanks, guys. It sure seems like there should be a better way of doing things than going back and starting over...
Hi John, it's true that you have to stop the sale of your book, wait the 4 week period to make any changes to your book (including editing the price) and then put the book back up for sale....It would be the same book with the same ISBN (with the new changes of course)...We are... mehr anzeigen

Is there a length requirement in order to put my book up for sale?
Very short books have a tendency to be rejected from external shops because they feel that there is not enough content to justify a cost for the book.
Longer books of more than 10 BookRix pages or a minimum of 2500 words, will be less likely to be rejected because of length. However, your book's blurb is required to be a minimum of 140 (max 3000) characters. This blurb is important to catch the potential readers attention to want to read/buy your book. The longer the better.
_____
My book consists of two short stories, around 1500 words each. You can try putting all your flash fiction in one book.
Thanks, Tatyana.
I didn't see this last evening, so I posted the question over at The Coffee Shop:)
