As BookRix launches their new BookRix eBooks store, the F/SF admin team decided to set up our own mini-offshoot. This bookstore will feature any Fantasy or Science-Fiction genre works which you, our members, publish via BookRix. Feel free to browse the selections we post and purchase any you find interesting. I am not afraid of deleting threads or stepping on toes, but I would prefer to avoid that. This forum is specifically for discussing themes associated with Sci-Fi/Fantasy as a genre, as well as the writing of and the ideas of the genre. If you have a book that is in the genre that is NOT in a contest, or that is in a contest but you aren't searching for reads, feel free to post it. There are other forums to promote your book for contests: "I Love Bookrix Writing Contests" and "The Reading List" are two great ones. Of course, if we are having a contest within the group this point is moot.

This is the only warning y'all will get from here on out. I'm not trying to be mean, but lots of great threads are getting shoved into the next page because of contest reads-hunting. If I see it, I will delete it. This is completely impersonal against you. (Happy, feel free to delete as well or let me know if I missed one.) Let's keep this group for the purpose it was designed, not for garnering reads for contests and never truly participating. :) Thanks everyone, and good luck with any contests you ARE in.
