Actually, there is no secret. I don't ask for reads, hearts or comments (I feel like I'm bugging people if I do) so I just put my stuff up for people to read and if they read it they read it, if not then that's fine too :) I don't get too bent out of shape about it.
However reads are not nearly as wonderful as comments :D I like to see what people think of my work, not for them to just drop me a heart to boost my ego

I skimmed through it because at the moment I'm in the process of editing and noticed it wasn't too long (I promise to read further into it when I have the time). As you said there's not much there but what is there makes me want to read more. I like that she's confused and it makes the reader confused because we don't know what's going on either (if that makes any sense). There was a mistake on the second page I think when the man is screaming "Come out a play" it should be "Come out and play" I believe but other than that I think it's good so far :) Keep it up.

And yes, I heard that happened a lot with the new site change, if you contact Bookrix with the old account name and I think with the email account you set the other up with they could figure out the issue. Maybe. Idk, lol but yeah, the story seems to be on track so far :) good luck

aw, thanks so much for saying that. You just made my day :) And Yes, actually I never stop creating. At the moment I'm working on Necromantic Awakening, The Demon's Keeper, A Deal with the Devil, and Beneath and trying to add chapters to the books that are already up. To be honest I've gotten side tracked and am focusing on The Demon's Keeper at the moment but it probably wont last long :s Ah, rambling sorry. But yes, is the short answer to your question. I'll try to post something really soon. Probably by the weekend :)
