Someone has been letting the animals out when were not home. The creepy thing is we close and lock the doors and double check just in case.

There are things grown ups don't get about their children. Sometimes they won't even hear them out. They start fights without even knowing the whole story, and jump to conclusions. When you say you want to go back home people think its because they miss their family. If you say that you are going out they think it is with a boy instead of friends. They don't trust you until you can prove it.
